PA6 M1200A-R16

Product Description

1. Mechanical Equipment

  • Power Transmission Systems Used in manufacturing high-precision and wear-resistant components such as bearings, gears (spur/bevel), and cams—benefiting from its high strength, fatigue resistance, and self-lubricating properties.
  • Fluid Control Suitable for chemically and pressure-resistant applications such as pump impellers, high-pressure seals, and oil-resistant gaskets.
  • Automation Components Applied in long-life industrial parts like shear machine pulley sleeves and electromagnetic valve seats, requiring long-term stable performance.

2. Automotive & Transportation

  • Powertrain Systems Used for high-temperature-resistant parts around the engine, such as pistons and oil pipes, ensuring long-term stability under hot oil environments.
  • Safety and Structural Components Includes wear-resistant drive belts and brake system auxiliary parts, relying on impact resistance and dimensional stability.

3. Electronics & Electrical Appliances

  • Precision Components Applied in insulating and protective parts like device housings and cable sheaths, offering lightweight and heat-resistant properties.
  • Functional Parts Includes frames for wearable electronics and sensor mounts; conductivity modification allows for applications like anti-static or electromagnetic shielding.

4. Special Industrial Applications

  • Wear-Resistant Materials Used in mining machinery and textile equipment as liners, rollers, and other easily worn components, replacing metal to reduce maintenance costs.
  • Customized Solutions Enhanced with reinforcing fibers or fillers (e.g., glass fiber) to improve thermal resistance and mechanical strength, making it suitable for aerospace and precision instrument applications.

5. Processing & Modification Tips

PA6 (Polyamide 6) requires strict moisture control. It should be dried at 80–100°C for 4–6 hours before processing. The recommended injection molding temperature is 230–280°C (can be raised above 250°C for reinforced grades).Modification options include the addition of conductive agents, toughening agents, and other additives to optimize performance for specific needs.
